Company President Mike Wedgworth holds a degree in Building Sciences from Auburn University. He is a former "Builder of the Year," Parade of Homes medalist and past president of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders where he serves on the Past President's Council. Mike stays involved in every aspect of a Wedgworth home. In 2008 he was named to the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders Hall of Fame.

Superintendent Dillon Watts has over 3 years’ experience in the construction field. He has worked in cornerstone restoration and in the HVAC field. Dillon oversees the sub-contractors on jobs to be performed. Dillon is married and lives with his wife in Thorsby, AL. .
Vice President Operations Patrick Gilbert started his career in construction in 2004 as a trim carpenter while attending Auburn University. Patrick has remained in various fields within construction since that time and has experience working with extensive home renovations, new construction, and restorations. He oversees day to day operations of the company, including scheduling subcontractors, ordering materials, client meetings, and ensuring timely completion on all projects..
Office Manager Kelly Fuqua works as a liaison with city and county permitting offices, performing administrative work and assisting the Project Manager in all of his duties.
Project Manager/Marketing Director Patty Leeming attended East Tennessee State University and has worked in accounting for more than sixteen years. She oversees all aspects of estimating and tracking for the many steps in the homebuilding process.
